HomeKnows provides general home-maintenance information generated with the help of AI. It can be wrong or incomplete. It is not a substitute for a licensed professional, especially for gas, electrical, structural, roofing, refrigerant or safety issues. If you smell gas, hear a carbon monoxide alarm, or see fire, sparking or flooding, leave the area and call emergency services or your utility.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the content you upload. Only upload photos and documents you have the right to share.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime on your account page (sign in, then Manage subscription); access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each plan's monthly limits are listed on the pricing page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, HomeKnows is provided "as is" and we are not liable for damage to property, injury or losses arising from reliance on information in the app.
